Used a mojo hand cream pie for some boost and an oxfuzz bass for some hair. 4001 Ric with flats.

No leslie, just a phase 90 but it does the trick

No, it's 2 cognac's mixed; Hypnotic, and Henessey. I usually pour in how much Hypnotic, and then ad the Heny till it gets ANGRY!!!(turns bright green).

I play in a stoner-metal-math-core(ish) band but after trying coutless i realized i absolutely do not like fuzz-like distortion, so after an endless quest i found that the pedals that suited me the most were the ibanez TS9DX (exceptional overdrive, lot of flexibility, absolutely no loss in the bass range, and i keep the tone all the way to 10) and a Keeley modified Boss Ds-1 (WICKED distortion, i use it mainly for solos, tone all to treble, bass frequencies almost disappear but its like hearing nails grinding a chalkboard, LOVE IT!)

You might like the sound of the OxFuzz Bass. I posted some clips of it in the effects forum. Not overly fuzzy, nice old school tone.

I've had pretty damn good luck using the Sansamp BDDI pedal. Get's a nice thick, saturated tone without losing low end and I can dial in the distortion as needed. It's my "standard tone" for Birch Hill Dam.

For extra juice I add the Pork Loin pedal - the two combined give really warm, distorted tone that's pretty awesome.

I'm going to check out some EBS pedals - I want a phaser and theirs is nice, as is their OD (possibly to replace the Pork Loin or Sansamp). Also might ditch my Boss bass chorus for their chorus.

I wasn't trying to be rude about it, brother. I just took the previous post differently. It sounded like you said you googled it, and then said it was whiskey, bourbon,etc. When I shoulda read it as your fav. fire-water. No harm, no foul.

Surprisingly, my new stoner rock band wasn't so much into whisky before I joined.
