Is the slope on the HPF still 6db/oct on the variable version?Yup. It's still switchable so you can bypass it when you don't need it, but HPF is variable frequency sweepable from 30Hz to 120Hz.

This is effectively what I have going on in my own setup; my amp is a Subway D-350 which has the same fixed -24Db/octave @ 30Hz, but then I use an HPF on my board which has the same slope you describe. Yup, absolutely. You'll still be able to get some breakup out of it with a 12AX7, that isn't going away.If requested, can the Finally v3 come with a 12ax7 tube?

So I guess that means 12 x 12 filter ?
12dB at 30Hz and another 12dB is variable so that equals 24dB below 30Hz if I understand correctly.
Enough to sell me to get the v2 first hahah!! Not sure how much I'd use a variable filter - more of a set it and forget it kind of person due to how consistent i want my sound. Now you are just trying to confuse me (easily done) , FDecks filters are 12 + 12 filters which mean 12dB at 35Hz and a variable filter at 35Hz to 140Hz with a 12dB slope as well, this makes FDecks filters 24dB below 35Hz.Based on what Nathan said, I'd say it is as he said, -24dB below 30 Hz and then -12dB variable, so you get -36dB below 30Hz effectively, same as the FDeck filters.
