Hi guys I read few pages back that a Finally v3 is coming, just need to confirm other than the variable HPF it won’t have anything new?. I’m asking because I’m building a new and final nano board (hopefully My last one :), just waiting for the stomp to arrive but I’m about to pull the trigger on the finally v2, since I won’t need the HPF in the finally cuz I can use the stomp for that purpose, should I pull the trigger now or anything additional to the finally v3 worth the wait?

Oops, I wasn't aware that silly postings in this thread should be deleted...

Meanwhile, I guess I have already forgotten that information.;)
:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh: If i took that advise on board I'd have about 3 posts on here!
It hasn't worked correctly since the upgrade.

Personally, I would have rolled this upgrade back to the old version as their have been too many issues.
The sirte barely worked for me at all on chrome after the upgrade. Switched to Zen and no issues (other than it auto deleting silly posts:laugh:)

On another note, I just acquired a Slampegg Bee and I am running it with a Neptunium which is proving to be a killer combination.

My current signal path:
Tuner -> Broughton LPF/HPF -> Slampegg Bee -> Cali76 cb (v1) -> Neptunium

With a passive p-bass (Sire p5r) the amount of bottom end is massive. The p5r is a 5-string p-bass.

The two tubes & the Cali76 cb == fat deep rich tone for days.

I use LibreWolf (Arch Linux user). The site works, but it used to be a lot more consistent. But, I'm sure they'll work out all of the kinks at some point.

The only other differences are film caps in the preamp signal path in v3 as opposed to multi-layer ceramic in the v2, and an independently buffered 1/4" output on v3 so it isn't just a pre-transformer tap off the D.I. output like v2. If you're just using the XLR output and not using the HPF, no big difference between the two.

I will say though, Finally v2 is out of stock and I have turned off backordering as Finally v3 is ready to roll out, I'm just waiting on the last of the parts, so it should hopefully only be a week or so before v3 is available.

Oh I see the 1/4 buferred output its a big deal for me, I can easly wait a few days/weeks since its not like its months away, thank you for the information.

Yup, everything has been verified for Finally v3 and I have circuit boards in hand, I'm just (as usual) waiting for enclosures. The plan had always been to release v3 around the time of NAMM, when all the real companies release products, but as my stock of parts for v2 started to run low I figured rather than reorder I would just sell off what I have then release v3 as soon as I can.

Needlessly to say but we respect your business model and wish more businesses were as responsive and supportive as you have always been.
Keep up the stellar work.
