I spy a couple of trimpots by the jacks 
I see them. I am curious what those adjust but In the pic Nathan sent there is one switch to adjust the output level of the XLR(like a mic/line switch).I spy a couple of trimpots by the jacks
He said earlier he updated from trim pots to switches.
If you look at your board revision yours appears to be an earlier version than the one shown with a switch.
Sorry if I missed it but I'm hoping to lower the output from the XLR from the Venus Z. Does anyone know if/which one of those trim pots adjusts that?
If you look at the circuitboard trace in your picture, it appears the second trimpot goes to the XLR circuitboard. I'd try turning that one down.
My confusion is that there are 2 trimpots on my unit and one switch on his. I'm curious what

If you move that annoying ribbon cable out of the way the trimpots are actually labeled. My planning wasn't great there, they're not super easy to get to. The picture I posted was the current revision, yours is the previous revision.
I wasn't able to move the ribbon since it is pretty solid(epoxied or something?). I couldn't really read which was which so I just adjusted both figuring one was XLR and one was 1/4 output. I adjusted both to be about a 1/3 up. I now have more headroom with the 1/4 output. I didn't play at church this weekend but I'm scheduled this weekend. We have rehearsal Thursday night so I'll be able to see if there's an improvement with my distortion issue.
When an idea turns into a feature with a bug needing a new feature revision with backwards documentation support.
Admire your tenacity. I think many would leave the trim pots DNI to avoid having to provide the support until mature while you leave them as Easter eggs and happily supply the support.
Bit of a niche question here but has anyone tube swapped a Glass Butterfly????
I will be attempting my first tube swap sometime in the future. The pedal has 1 x AU7 and 1 x AT7.
Would there be any benefit to sticking in the higher gain AX7 tubes in it?? Curious to know what difference it would make with it being a multi FX unit.

I have not tried it....and IIRC, I think Nathan posted (a long time ago) that swapping is unlikely to yield satisfying results.....which may be why I never tried.
I tried a handful of different tubes when I was designing the Glass Butterfly, and if I remember right a 12AX7 made it absurdly loud, unity gain on the dial was like 8 o'clock, so I opted for a lower gain tube.
Whoah I received my Finally v3 last week and I’m completely blown away by it. With the gain knob in the later half of the travel the tone is so huge and massive it’s almost as if I can physically touch the note and hold it in my hand, if that makes sense, lol! Sounds insanely good. Currently in California, when i’m back home in Europe i’m going to A/B it against my Reddi. Would be great to be able to leave that big red boi at home and use the Finally for gigs.

Nathan will probably post about this. The Unagi transformer he designed and uses in the Finally is designed to be ultra-clean and full-range. It doesn't contribute transformer color. If you want that, you might want to look into the Lightning Boy Audio 2020s or 23Fe+ transformers after the amp output of the Finally.
The Finally does give you tube color for the amp output.

Thanks for your reply. I had actually ordered a LB23Fe+ too and I love how it sounds in front of the Finally. I decided to make most of my USA trip and bought three pedals here that would be costly in shipping/import duties otherwise. (Finally, LB and a Broughton Azure Drive 10th anniversary) They all stack very very nicely.
