So what you're all saying is that I should stop framing my basement and get back to working on pedals?

Seriously, this is why you haven't seen any more pics of March updates. My workshop is a corner of our unfinished basement, and it would be a lot easier to organize it and keep unsupervised kids out of it if I had some walls. My dad, a retired electrical engineer (I'm a 3rd generation EE) and general good-at-everything guy, is in town visiting so he offered to help me do some framing and drywall.
I am still planning to get March orders done by the end of the month, but this has been on my to-do list since we moved in so I wanted to spend a few days on it.

True, it also means every shelf I mount on the wall is going to have things rolling off and falling out the back. I must be missing something.Uuuuhhh I'm no construction engineer, and no offense, but I don't think that is going to keep the kids out.

I like the wood, seem like you're going for a Japanese restaurant vibe...Seriously, this is why you haven't seen any more pics of March updates. Eventually I'll be going for the boring painted drywall vibe, but even if I left it like this it would feel like an improvement over what it wasI like the wood, seem like you're going for a Japanese restaurant vibe...
How mundane. Is your UV Printer not large enough to accommodate a sheet of drywall?Eventually I'll be going for the boring painted drywall vibe, but even if I left it like this it would feel like an improvement over what it was![]()
Maybe add some chicken wire or something?
I remember gigs.I remember those gigs.
My band has its first gig (since me joining) this weekend, thinking about raffling off a pedal to encourage people to show upI remember gigs.
That sounded too grumpy. I should have added that I am much more excited by the Black Eye X that I have yet to even order. Not particularly
Clean! A clean shop is a happy shop. Even if you won't see the clean inside the walls.Seriously, this is why you haven't seen any more pics of March updates. I'd take that over sitting alone in my basement office with a disapproving cat staring me down for not petting her enough.you'll just just have a bunch of musicians standing there with their hands folded across their chest
What’s a gig?I remember gigs.
