i use either a 1Spot or a Zoom oem power supply for my Sushi Box pedals that are on a shared daisy chain without any noise issues , I know that is forbidden territory but it is working for me. I have a PA and Echosaurus so far.

Godlyke Powerall w/ Daisy Chain for me. Same format as a 1Spot. Supplies 2A and has covered my needs relatively hassle free for years now.
Though I am planning on upgrading soon.

1spot here. Powers my small board perfectly. In fact, right now I have two Sushibox preamps on it.

I've been calling my small pedal board my Bourbon Street Board - because I used to be able to take it to Bourbon St and if someone in the crowd killed (spilled beer, blunt trauma, etc.) Then I wouldn't be too sad because everything on it was easily replaceable. Now that it carries SB pedals I need to change the name ..

I'm not saying to do anything sketchy with your pedals, but I would happily repair something that had beer spilled on it, mostly so I can say that I have someone on TGP spilled a glass of wine on a pedal and it stopped working, I asked him to send it to me but he ignored me

Edit: I should clarify it was a Strymon pedal, not Sushi Box. If it was mine I'm sure he would have let me fix it.

Okay I just did something completely weird and different, and it won't become a new thing, it was just an idea maybe for limited edition stuff or something. So before I show you the picture you have to promise a) that you won't freak out and b) that you will compliment it even if it sucks. So pretty standard stuff there.

Bonus points if you CNC routed a tiny lip into the face of the pedal so the wood veneer inset is flush with the pedal

You might bore out for the switch washer. That area may be a weak point and prone to splitting.

You mentioned the underground accelerator has the best parts of the two pedals. Can you elaborate and likely stoke the GAS fires?

I think the thing I like the most there is the tube on the side like that with all the controls together, instead of middle/split.

I love the juxtaposition between the earthiness of the wood faceplate, with the sci-fi vibe of the name and logo.

Yet another reason to buy SB lol. I'm not worried about the repair, I would be more concerned about living without my PAX for the repair period

But yeah, right now a PAX and an SBVT are sitting on my Bourbon board

Dude this is great. I'm a big fan of organic materials and the way that they develop patina over time. It's a new way to relic pedals.

Next you'll be using leather tops.
