So frankly Gondwana phase iii already works very well, the only real issue is digital noise leaking into the analog signal path, most likely from crosstalk on a densely packed board. The best way to get rid of this is to do a 4 layer circuit board instead of 2 layer, so I can have dedicated internal ground and power planes, which helps shield high speed signals. I know what needs to be done, just dragging my feet. Maybe in a couple months when Ive worked through the thousand other prototypes I have lying around.

So the wife and I drove about 300+ miles away to a gig out in Michigan this weekend. It was the first time I had the UA out in a live band setting since I received it. Needless to say it was everything I thought it would be. It has such a great breakup that is very musical and pleasing to my ears. Can’t wait to bring it out again!
Legit curious, how do you end up with a gig that far away? Was it a fill-in somehow, your actual band plays that far away regularly, very specific benefit show, etc?

Nope, right to left like normal. Westinghouse>Octave>Fuzz>Drive 1>Drive 2/Preamp>Comp
We are a Chicago based Foo Fighters Tribute band;Too Fighters Chicago.
We’ve been around almost 10 years, all original members, we have a booking agent and are blessed enough to have networked with musicians/venues around the Midwest.
We do about 5 or 6 road trips a year, get hotel comp and bring in no less than $2000 for a 90 min set. Good times.
Furthest we’ve been is here in Saginaw MI, or Rushville IN. Not sure which was further. But we’ve played Indianapolis, a few times as well as fests within a couple hundred miles of Chi Town. We’ve been super busy this year ironically.

Especially the newer version with the attenuator.
I have the original version and it's crazy loud and super sensitive to knob adjustments.
When set right, the tubey overdrive coming out of it is excellent.
