For international, I would recommend sticking with USPS as Fedex and (especially) UPS charge enourmous custom fees on the recieving end.
I noticed that every time DHL comes to my house they drop off a pedal from Canada. Not sure if there’s a correlation but seems like if you use DHS everyone would get Canadian pedals too. The first couple times I thought it was a fluke but then several months went by without a DHL sighting in the area. More research may be needed.
I'm still planning to stick with USPS, just make priority mail the standard for US customers. I've had bad experiences with the local FedEx office on my end, and every time I've checked UPS has been significantly more expensive for a slower delivery. USPS First Class international will still be an option for international shipments, as priority international is generally super expensive.
That's full color over raw, and it's for @Kendescending. He'll be getting the first one (that isn't mine) as he provided the original for me to look at. I've started the builds for October so they're in varying stages of being worked on, but none are this far along.
BIG +1 on USPS for International shipping (at least to Canada). All of the private carriers charge a king's ransom in extra fees on delivery.
I’ve not tried a JCM 800 but have several Marshall preamps; IME they roll off the low end pretty severely on bass. Maybe with a buffered clean blend control? And x-over?
Or a Marshall Superbass pedal. I have a couple jfet versions though and find that I can’t get a clean sound even with minimal gain. Might be just the ticket for some players.
I am a bass player. I have a JC Emerald. It’s not losing bottom end on my rig.
What @Sushi Box FX said is right on the money. The SBVT sounds like an SVT, but let's some of the character of your bass come through, as opposed to hitting you in the face with SVT. It's got a chunky grind and lots of punch and presence.
I just got my Dr., but in my limited time with it the Dr. is smoother, but can get really grindy in a different way than the SBVT. I think it's more aggressive and more bass-forward, but doesn't have the high end presence/sheen of the SBVT.
You can't go wrong with either IMO. The SBVT is the way to go tho if you want that SVT sound (especially into a cab sim set to 8*10 SVT can). I don't think the HiWatt is as a recognizable sound (at least to me), which has it's pros and cons.

I judge a BBQ joint by their Sausage having grown up in Temple and in the surrounding area where every spot makes their own recipe and don't get me started on sauces or beans. Green's Smokehouse in Zabcikville is my absolute favorite, I always have a few links in the freezer. [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]is a close second, luckily I can get it fresh because it's just across the road.

The reason many circuit benders limit low end on their Marshall pedals is to keep them from getting muddy or mushy on guitar amps (since most guitar players are - well 'Nigel Tufnel' guitar players).
@Sushi Box FX USPS Fixed Rate Priority may be a good way to go and USPS provides shipping materials & boxes in various sizes for free that they will deliver, tracking numbers and minimum insurance included. You can schedule a pickup for the next day and save a trip to the PO.

Ok, it’s on the list, never been to Green’s but I go to Waco all the time so it would be easy to make that east detour. Beans are a personal thing. If I’m having sides I’m more of a slaw guy but honestly just have brisket and your sausage can be a side. And no sauce, it’s not French fries.
And pedals. Especially preamps so we’re back on the rails.
Anyone have room in their heart and their pedalboard to adopt a kitten?
