Buffers are generally needed for instruments not pedal to pedal output.possibly a stupid question, but does the Finally DI have an input buffer...?
i'll be running some other pedals into it, as well as some instruments with piezo pickups, so wondering how they will all comingle...
If you are playing active pickups or an instrument with a preamp, you don’t need a buffer. Most piezo instruments use an active preamp, negating the need for a buffer. If you are playing a passive, with long input cables, you can use a buffer on the input of your pedal chain. The Peterson strobostomp has an excellent built in switchable buffer and the TC bonified buffer is cheap and very popular.
