The Tall People Thread- are you one?

There was a woman in.......China, I think?...who was 7'8". I watched a show about her on Discovery Health. She had a tumor on her pituitary gland which caused her to constantly grow, and she had no uterus or ovaries. I think.

that man that you're talking about (can't remember his name)...was in another movie with Billy Crystal (sp?). I'm pretty sure it was called My Giant, and, I think, was already mentioned once in this thread.

a moment of silence for the true giants... (life can't be easy)

otherwise, I'm 6'3" @ a lean 190 lbs (34" waist). though pants were my major clothing problem 20+ years ago, that's not the issue anymore. shoes are still a challenge. pickings are much better in recent years for mens size 15. ([Invalid or Expired Link Removed]. still can't find a good pair of dinghy boots (neoprene sailing boots) in a size 15.
