The Weirdest Song You've Ever Heard?

anything by John Zorn with Yamaysuki Eye.

Strange stuff. Lika planned train wreck. You don't wanna watch but you just can't stop looking.
Yeah, the studio version of Naked City is epic weirdness by virtuoso musicians.
A bit of Naked City live. No Eye but a good shot of the bass player - Invalid Link Removed

I'm sorry, but most(but not all, mind you)of what's been listed is pure amateur hour, if not contrived. Beefheart, Zappa, Waits, Zorn, Jones/Galas, anything Mike Patton does, those are artists un-self-consciously pushing boundaries. A lot of that other stuff is just cheap gimmickry/novelty. I'd suggest Jandek, but sometimes I have to wonder if he's just 'taking the piss', as the Brits say. Strap yourself in for this, and watch every second...

Not original material, but for cover version weirdness this is hard to beat (thanks to Kenta for the link):

(FYI, the song is Fly Me To The Moon, recorded in 1974, with lyrics supposedly in Swedish.)
