Tried HoneyMoon yesterday at BBQ. It's a great summer beer made by the folks at blue moon.

Also, I must give a shout out to my summer beer of choice: O'Fallon Brewing Co. Weach. It's a super tasty Peach Wheat beer. If you can find it, buy it. An acquaintiance who owns a wine / hard to find beer store in KC, buys a whole pallet of it for himself for the year, so he doesn't run out in August.

Quick question here: A guy at work was telling me about Red Bridge beer and said that it was really good. Being the skeptic that I am, I decided to consult some professionals here in TB OT before I ventured in my wallet and paid actual hard earned currency on stuff that I may hate. Is it any good or worth trying?

Rogue Dead Guy Ale, Pyramid Hef, Pyramid Apricot Ale ( I normally hate all fruit in any type of beer, but this is good), Alaska Winter Ale (that's the last of it until the winter).

Lowenbrau, as my regular plonk at home, but earlier at the pub I had some really nice Orange Peel Ale from Great Lakes Brewery which is a micro just down the street. It's their summer ale and damn, it's SO good!!!

I'm a slave to whats on sale.. but I like Corona, Modelo,Sleemans (Sleemans is a Canadian beer I discovered while in Rochester N.Y. on training for my job.. a great beer.. they have a decent Lager.. a really nice ale.. and I am not an ale guy.. I refer the lagers.. and a decent bock as well... ),Stella,Bass.Guiness.. Lager & Stout, Bass,Sam Adams,Miller High Life (when I am strapped for cash), Landshark,Aloha,... and a few others.. I love Jesus.. and I am happily married (most of the time.. ), but to the day I die I will always be able to appreciate a pretty face and a good lager..... The pretty face is just a treat for the eyes.. but the lager....

If you like the pyramid apricot, try Weach. Super tasty, both similar in taste.

If you like the pyramid apricot, try Weach. Super tasty, both similar in taste.

Or Dogfish Aprihop if you like IPAs

I am a brewer and make some killer beer. We brew a smooth oatmeal stout, a Pete's Wicked ale clone and a high octane honey wheat. I've tried others but those are the three we make on a regular bases.
Now for the problem, after having fresh, high alcohol brew it is hard to drink other stuff. When I do , I like 1554, Anchor Steam Porter, Odells 90 Shilling and then AB's American Ale , for a cheap brown beer it is good.

I just drank 4 Sam Adams Double Bocks and I must say......I'm trashed! They're strong but they're good. 9.5 % alcohol.....I guess that's pretty good.
