There's another T-40 on ebay

Picked one up this weekend in great shape with OHSC for $100. Dark red in color, everything looks and sounds great! Put some new strings on it and getting some great tones.

Does anyone know how to adjust the action on it? Mine is a bit high...so I want to lower it down just a bit.

The only issue is that the T-40 needs a very thin walled socket. Peavy still sells a wrench for them or your local shop may have one that works. Knowing this stuff will save you a fortune over your bass playing life. I have just a few of my basses set up by a pro but do the lion's share myself.

Hmmm..I will see what I have at home...the action is not unbearable, just a little high to my liking. I probably won't even mess with it....and might just stick it on evil bay to help save up for my next project.
