I remember when we could choose from H. Salt, Skipper's, and Long John Silver's for our seafood cravings in the Sacramento area. There's still one H. Salt and one Long John Silver's around, but Skipper's is long gone.

I used to hit the last H.Salt on 16th St, years ago. Actually, there’s two Long Johns left in the Sac county. Along with the Stockton Blvd location, you have the other one off of Elkhorn at Watt. Can’t remember the last time I ate at a Skippers. RIP.

Interestingly (or not), a KFC not far from us was recently closed and reopened as a Long John Silvers just today! As far as I know, it's one of two in the Tulsa area.

I only know of two LJS in OKC. Over the last number of years LJS, KFC and A&W would close as one and open as another. Or for a while would be two of the three in one building. Get your fish & chips & root beer float in one stop!

Here it was LJS and a very similar fish fast food chain I can't remember the name of. It was Captn' something I think.

We've made a few travels across the country in recent years. We see those pop up in pockets of the country and when they do, there's a bunch of them.
Fast food fish though, I'd have to go with Skippers, back in the day that had the all you can eat too. That was fun times. Fish, chowder, fries, jello, and cole slaw. Eat as much as you want.
