Exactly. Everyone knows you stick the dustpan on the broom handle and store in the closet.

That's cool.
Not really similar but OKC used to have a round office tower, 20 stories. It had a restaurant on the top floor that rotated at 1 revolution per hour. It was fun to eat at.

Yeah! And all that old stuff from all over(like StS)is available on YT. That one was from NYC of course, never heard of it, but it became something of a thing to check out, like Jan Terri or Mark Gormley videos, let alone cringe compilations drawn from FB or even MS video postings.
I even found a public access show from my hometown(after I moved)focusing on alternative art and music, so many people I knew, including the host, were on it, a few of them are dead now. It was awful at times in its own way, otherwise a bit of a hoot.

And all the weird/strange/creepy Saturday morning cartoon show hosts or low-budget horror film hosts in 'costume'.
