The only thing I remember about them was that if you had and issue you just had to unplug it from the outlet and plug it back in and it resolved itself! "No bashing allowed I know", but no error message that contained some crazy number that back then if you called the help desk they had no idea what the heck was wrong with your stuff.

My favorite was when something would go slightly wrong when inputting data or tapping the wrong key; a female voice would politely say "It is not my fault."
