Raleigh (Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation) had coupons on the back of cigarette packages that could be collected and redeemed for products from a premium catalog. You could even order kids' products. My grandmother used to collect these coupons and I would go through the premium catalog with her.

Whatever happened to making calls after 9pm? I remember seeing commercials with unlimited calling at a certain time of the day. Who’s idea was that?
I saw an ATM in a restaurant the other night. It didn't even occur to me that that implied they don't take credit cards until I realized I didn't have enough cash and my date paid the bill. 
Wow. Blast from the Past - I bought my very first fishing lure at one of those in Hudson NY in about 1971.
