I saw her working at a pizza parlor in 1979, shortly before I moved to Florida, I have no idea what happened to her. Her parent's home sold a few years back.

...And was her mom hot?

Tracy's mom had it goin' on! lol

When I was a kid my parents had the generic version, like this one. It was a tube clock radio. when the alarm went off you heard a loud "click", then a hum, and finally the sound off the radio would slowly build in volume.

My mom had one very similar to this and, being the mad scientist that I was, I tore it open and attached the female end of an extension cord to the alarm circuit, which allowed my mom to plug in the percolator so she could set up the coffee the night before. It worked great, but its a wonder that it didn’t burn the house down. I can only assume that it was because they over engineered stuff in the 50s/60s and made it beefier than it needed to be.

You see many deer carcasses for sale much any more...

Local history is one of my passions.
I wish I knew this local guy. I have quite a few pictures of him and some of his family. Reportedly lived to be 103. Died 12/25/1911
You don’t see many of these any more...

The gorgets around his neck are from the War of 1812 were his grandfather...Chief Wasso. The city of Owosso, Michigan is named after him.
His gorgets and everyday moccasins are in a local museum.

His cane and one of his beaded garters from the above picture.

I know it doesn’t interest a lot of people. But I like it.

Yup. I’ve read the early obits for my area. They listed causes of death in those days. Tragic stuff.

It's amazing how well thought out, modern and aesthetically pleasing the neighborhood design was 110 years ago.

I know that they still make them, but I can't remember the last time that I actually saw a toddler riding one. When I was a child they were ubiquitous.
