Things You Don't See Anymore Part 3

I was thinking the bird looks more like a blue jay.
You can’t tell from that angle because s/he had turned when I snapped the photo.

This is a facsimile (not an actual photo.)

I think it a composite, like when a police sketch artist does a picture of you from someone's description.
Not really sure it’s worth continuing this kinda pointless line of discussion but I’m imagining an artist with a smock and a beret standing in front of a canvas propped up on an easel with a pallet in one hand and a paintbrush in tother, holding up an erect thumb at arms length and squinting at a bluebird model.

Does that answer your questions?

There are more questions in another thread, but, yes, that does answer my questions here.

^ Brings back memories ^ ...here's a picture of the Diasonic model my dad owned, and the one I learned guitar on as a high school kid. IIRC, a $39 package with a little 10-watt amp from Murphy Mart, which was the 70s version of Target.

The strings were about a quarter inch or so above the fretboard, so barre chords were a herculean task, but it actually built up my strength so that when I did graduate to a 'real' guitar, I could play many things with ease and no cramping! :D
Coincidentally, after getting a much nicer guitar, I took off the B & E strings from this one, and converted it into a bass. Or so I thought. The folly of youth.

Yep, those were the days....out for 12-14 hours, not be tracked by parents, no phone calls home....just out being kids in the neighborhood. Good times .....good times.
