Things You Don't See Anymore Part 3

Yeah, that was a Majors marketing mistake.
I am gonna get so much mileage out of this...

I wouldn’t dare sit on it. If it was a real wooden chair, maybe. Kind of like his acting.

He was married to Farrah Fawcett.

Plus, "Midnight Train To Houston" (which became "Midnight Train To Georgia") by Lee's friend Jim Weatherly was written because of Lee Majors and Farrah Fawcett. The song was inspired when Weatherly phoned Majors and the call was answered by Fawcett. Weatherly and Fawcett chatted briefly and she told him she was going to visit her mother and was taking "the midnight plane to Houston." Although Majors and Fawcett were both successful by that time, Weatherly used them as "characters" in his song about a failed actress who leaves Los Angeles, and is followed by her boyfriend who cannot live without her.

Also, the title of the Beasties Boys song "Lee Majors Come Again" is a reference to Majors.

I used to like you. What day was that?
Oh, I figure you'll be okay in about an hour or so...

Could be worse. There's a certain post around here with another member's face plastered onto a pneumatically-accessorized belly dancer in pink harem pants.

But because I am merciful, I won't inflict that one on you.
