I had a Rampside. It was lousy for carrying sheet goods but it was fantastic for carrying heavy loads. The ramp was perfect for a two wheeler to carry your whatever right up there into the low part of the bed, and the weight distribution and handling with a load were superb. There's a video showing the Ford Econoline PU vs. the Rampside - on ice, one man could stop the Ford from progressing. In emergency stops, it rose up on its nose.
