Wow I thought my wireless router was big! I remember having a dial up modem and AOL. The kids would lift the phone and knock me off line just before a 45 minute download finished!

The model is dressed very '60s, so I'm guessing that modem was not for home use?
I know. How archaic. So primitive. They probably left something to the imagination too. So glad we’re way past such silliness.I had recently posted I was watching the Matt Helm marathon and just watched The Wrecking Crew and it was enjoyable. Booze, female characters, cigarettes and a loose plot of women, bad guys and a suave Spy. Dean Martin was one smooth dude! Elke Sommer, Sharon Tate! and Ginger from Gilligan's Island. With a supporting cast of bad guys and Matt’s girls.

Probably couldn’t make it today… innocent silly fun. 60’s James Bond spoof.

It's all in the preparation.I know. How archaic. So primitive. They probably left something to the imagination too. So glad we’re way past such silliness.
I just got down watching JBs Thunderball. It was so cool. I loved how that jet pack was so conveniently placed when he had to make his getaway.

Bond is still the best. In like Flint, Matt Helm, etc. are all copying James Bond.I know. How archaic. So primitive. They probably left something to the imagination too. So glad we’re way past such silliness.

I didn't know Hires was no longer a thing.Hires Root Beer was an American brand of soda pop introduced in 1876. It was one of the longest continuously made soft drinks in the United States until the Dr. Pepper / Snapple Group U.S. was phased it out as Dr. Pepper owned brand A&W Root Beer was promoted on behalf of the same company.

Man, if ya can't get alcohol or caffeine out of a can, why even bother popping the top?The Mug brand is still around, but it dropped the "Old-Fashioned" from its name:
