"The other bass-player" in my small town played a Gibson LP bass through an Acoustic 150B with a pair of these and got killer tones.

Those were the days when you could say the "the other bass player". I had something similar in the south side my burg. There were about 4 of us at about the same level and we all knew each other. It was cool. Oh btw, if you're jonesing for what your guy, there's one for sale on Reverb.com!

Old console TV, record player and stereo combo. Very heavy piece of furniture but many of them sounded really good

It’s a little far from my house but I might cruise over if weather is nice. We have a lot of car shows and I usually show my ‘79 Camaro.
