Continental Trailways national passenger bus service.
It was Greyhound's biggest competitor before Greyhound acquired it. Now Trailways (without the "Continental") provides regional charter bus services and bus tours, but no nationwide travel.
Come to think of it, I can't remember the last time I saw a Greyhound bus commercial...

I know they still have stations and run buses, but the only place I have seen Greyhound even mentioned on TV in the last 20 years is in the context of occasional crime reports on the news.
I still have 45's with that spiral Capitol label!
I see that exact same can opener in the same color every day on my kitchen counter. I have had it since the early 1980s and it still works perfectly.
You know it SAYS "easy clean" but you try running that thing through the dishwasher just ONCE and see what happens! We had one just like that, though I recall it was white and not avocado, and it's the little cutting wheel that gets gunked up and you have to go after it with a kitchen sponge or something and it's anything but easy (or safe). Still, the sound of the lid being punctured and the motor humming while a can of Alpo spun around every evening provoked more of a response from our dog than Pavlov could have imagined in his wildest dreams.

Bringing back memories, as we had both a Winky's and a Burger Chef in my hometown. Winky's was not high on my list but I loved the burgers at Burger Chef. Something about the way they fried/grilled their patties. Mmm-mmh!
When I left Pennsylvania and moved to western Kentucky, there was a place called The Farm, and their burgers were nearly identical to BC. And every now and then they'd have a coupon: 10 burgers for a dollar. No wonder I gained weight when I lived there.

I grew up in Canonsburg. We had a Burger Chef, but not a Winky's.
I graduated High School with a girl whose little brother was in the Winky's commercials
Burger Chef was always a treat (Burger Chef and Jeff!). It was one of the few fast food (don't think we called them that back then) places my father seemed to like along with Gino's.
I was just down Rte 19 in Washington. Also lived in McMurray for three years (8th thru 10th grade) before moving back to Washington. Spent many a winters' day skating on Canonsburg Dam.
