I believe Oregon and New Jersey are the only two. I love it this time of yearCome out to Oregon. I about got tackled when I was passing through and filled up my own tank. The guy noted I was from Virginia at the time and backed off. So yeah,...they are all Full Service only in Oregon. I think there are other states in the union that are also Full Service only.
