I figured for 2022 I'd scale down my bass acquisition habit...boy, that didn't last long, lemmee tell ya!

10 so far this year, with a pre-order from Eastwood arriving in December supposedly.

I am super happy with my current stable. That said, I tried a used Fender Ultra Jazz 5 this last weekend and it felt pretty darn nice. I'm going to Vegas this Saturday for 3 nights. If I end up not blowing my entire bankroll, we'll see about it.

I have 3 basses and I bought an Epi T-bird in Jan...don't think I love it ..may sell it back to the store...I have GAS for a Sire D5, the Tele style P-bass in tobacco finish...that would be my last bass I think, but the price keeps going up and is now $900 CDN, which is a bit steep for my blood for now...I do think I'd like to buy another kit bass, probably a Beatle bass painted a dark, dark gloss purple, so it almost looks black, then I would be done...unless........oh I did see some member posted an awesome new Aerodyne P-bass earlier, sooooooo

I have never thought, "This is my last bass", because if I'm still gigging and a better bass comes up and I can afford it, I'll always buy it.

The only time I was a little worried was when I looked at my diary after the lockdowns and it was empty!!
