I may very well be playing my last bass.

My Sadowsky may be the last bass I'll ever buy. If so it's because in the last 6 years I haven't found an upgrade, ie a better bass.

I may never find a better bass, so this could be it. I'll tell you when I stop gigging.

I've found a cool way to limit my bass acquisitions... by deciding that the "perfect bass" for me is:

• headless
• short-scale (30"), and
• 5-strings

Because so few basses match these narrow specs, I'm automatically constrained in how many basses I acquire!
