Yeah, they've certainly gone up in price, but they sound so good and last a long time.

I noticed that a few days ago and sprung for a couple of new sets from Sweetwater. I think the price is only going to go up. At SW, the 4 string sets are officially at $123, but discounted to $99. Still that's a jump from when I bought a set for $84 last April.

The TI 5ers are at $173 and if any of you are playing upright too, the TI Weich gauge for 3/4 is going for a whopping $364!!! I used to use these when I played upright and I remember a few years ago paying way less than that. Dang.
