Not particularily fond of his HS design, but that minor aesthetics point aside, I'd LOVE to at least play one one day.

Just great if you are into T-Birds and still want to play a "real"* bass.

* all "real" basses have 5 or more strings.

I won't even mention the location of the strap button and neckdive...



PS. I've never played a MikeLull but his basses get much love on TB.

Not the same model, but I tried an M5 at NAMM a few years back, and the tone was amazing.

Again, not the T5, but listen to Bryan Bellar's tone from his M5, on the albums from The Aristocrats...JAW-DROPPING.

Never played one, but it certainly looks like it is a fine instrument. The bassists who have Lulls certainly love them, too.

^if you listen to dethklok Bryan Beller plays the Lull thunderbird in that. usually i find the bass hard to hear in metal, but the albums Bryan is on he is very present with that monster of a bass.
