love the look of that bass.
Such a unique look on a familiar go to bass. Kinda like going to a five star restaurant and ordering some great chicken noodle soup or meat loaf home cooking. You know it’s gonna taste wonderful and familiar when you order it but are even more impressed by the knock out presentation when the plate arrives.

First hand experience, last time ever used.

I've not ever had a single issue with Cobalt flats.
But i do have alien claws and sweat to prevent any string from harming me.
The strings haven't done a thing to any of my basses.

I really don't like it when he goes one-finger-flamenco style on everything. Drives me nuts.

We’re talking Cobalt Rounds not flats. The flats I love, zero bass or skin reaction issues for me. The rounds are a disaster waiting to happen.

Actually, over the decades Gojira/Godzilla morphed into a good monster, called on to battle a myriad of bad monsters. Unfortunately anyone in the near vicinity ends up having a bad day...

Yes - 9v Fender/Kubicki Ex Factor pre.

This review is of the original Kubicki 18v version with 6 rotary options that add 2 more passive modes.

Yep. Make sure you order the proper one for Epiphone or Gibson.

I have all three bridges. The Babicz allows for the most flexibility for string height adjustment, especially if you want low action (under 2 mm) and do not use the optional metal plate underneath it.

A less expensive alternative is to shim the neck. That is one advantage of the Epi bolt-ons. I prefer the pre-cut whole pocket shims from Stewmac. The .025 thickness one should get you to where you want to be. YMMV
