I’m not a Stratocaster fan, but in general they have a weak bridge pickup.

so experimentalists in the 70’s would put a humbucker in the bridge position.

but switching to the bridge pickup plus one of the single coils left the single coil overwhelmed..

Often the humbucker is split to a single coil when in use with one of the remaining single coils.

too many wires makes my head hurt

The Galaxis was very successful in all switching options. The guy who bought it loves it.

My eye says, with a symmetrical body you gotta go with the B headstock.

the one with less neck dive..

I’ll be mocking her up tonight, and I’m thinking B also, but I’d didn’t expect to like it more.

I was also thinking of putting the strap button at the heel, but I’m thinking horn.

There is also a possibility I may chop up the headstock and make her a 3+1 or a 2+2… I have always wanted to try it… and with a $70 neck it may be time to try….

hard to believe story (I know) but when playing in Europe, Queen played the local municipal soccer stadium and we got hired to play the after party which only consisted of May, Deacon, Taylor and guests since Freddy had the adjacent events hall for HIS after party where the waiters were walking around in thongs and bow ties….no joke….

Betting I'm going to be the outlier on this, but I like A. With the body unfinished B looks more "normal," but once you slap some chartreuse on it.

I don't remember that what said about paint on hand, but I do think once finished A will look better. I have been wrong before.

cool, gigging in Fremont (Tesla land) on the eve of the 1st which is right on your path to your hotel…details to come…you could stop for a pop before heading over to the coast..
