Thunderbird Club

I suppose we could have done the advent Thunderbird calender and then spent 12 days getting ourselves 3 sheets to the wind with the tipple of your choice followed by a humungous feast to banish the hangover from hell

Let's just drink good Scotch and forget about it.
Some MacAllan 12 year with a Bowmore chaser please.

Life is too short to drink cheap scotch and a good party is always in order. Make mine a Talisker.

A couple of my fave pictures.........

This one always reminds me that I'm very lucky. Somehow I'm in a band with nice, like minded people, we're all friends, we all love to play music. Over the past 12 years we've managed to make a good name for ourselves - it's the realization of a teenage aspiration come to life.

I'm very fortunate to get to do this........

My bandmate Ginger and I, she's an amazing person!

I'm partial to Glen Morangie myself. But, being adaptable is good.

I'm tellin' ya! Come on down, play some Thunderbirds and we can visit Scotch & Vine!

I'm slacking. That offer has been on the table for months, and I'm still blowing it! Plus, my small flock of 'Birds really needs to encounter a more colorful flock of 'Birds.

Thanks for sharing that thoughtful reflection. It is no small feat to have been involved in a creative/business endeavor, for over a decade, and that you and your bandmates are all still friends. Whether you are playing arenas, bars or basements, you are still dealing with human nature. It can be a challenge to find the right mix of temperaments (egos) AND all be on a similar page in terms of musical tastes and ambitions. There are so many variables besides talent. I am curious - were you and some/all of your bandmates friends before forming The Nasty Habits? I am always in awe of the brave folks that answer a "rock'n combo needs bass player" ad and have it work out for them.

There was no specific addressee, so I am assuming an open invitation...

I don't really drink scotch/whiskey, but for our Highness I would make an exception... :

Consider it an open invitation..........Thunderbirds and/or Scotch, you guys are all the toast!
