You shouldn't swallow a whole bottle of earthquake pills,

Stay away from coyotes operating anything made by acme.

And the most important - if you don't study law, you will not fall after running off a cliff.

…don't forget the big take away from Tom and Jerry - if hit in the face with a frying pan, your face will take the shape of the pan, but you can just shake your head to get it back to normal.

To those who offered support following my unexpected layoff from my employer due to a "reduction in force" aka RIF two months ago, I give you my heartfelt thanks. Today was was my last official day working for them. They did me a favor. After several interviews and negotiations with prospective employers, I accepted a better job today than the one I had. Thanks to all who were there for me and offered support in a very stressful time. It means a lot. And it is what this club is all about. Friendship and support. This club rocks!

So happy to hear this news!
Just goes to show ya - you can't keep a good man down!

My wife likes tabouli but I'm not into parsley and tomatoes. I prefer my veggies pickled.

i love tabouli. I sometimes get a felafel wrap with homous and tabouli for lunch. Good on a 'no meat' day or meal.

I'm 32, my musical taste focuses mainly in 70's and 80's rock and metal. So there's that.

I highly recommend some early Doobie Brothers before Michael McDonald joined them. The first four albums, The Doobie Brothers, Toulouse Street, The Captain and Me, and What Were Once Vices Are Now Virtues, should be part of every classic rock album collection.

When I went back to school I had to write a cause and effect paper. I used the subject matter that Barry Gordy of Motown was the reason the world was subjected to Nicole Richie. I don't know how good my theory was but I received an A on the paper. Maybe the good grade was just because it made the teacher laugh.



I was a huge fan of The Cult in the 80's. I was actually angry when Electric came out because it was such a huge change from Love. I got over myself and grew to appreciate Electric and Sonic Temple, but Love is still my favorite Cult album by far.

My fav punk band from that era is The Ruts. Great players. "The Crack" (1980) is a superb album.
