Recall last week was my 38th wedding anniversary. My wife said she got me a gift but was bummed because it hadn’t arrived on our anniversary. I had no idea what it was (she wouldn’t tell me). Well, it arrived today while I was out. When I got home my wife said your present is upstairs in the bass room.
Here’s what was waiting for me when I got up there…
Turns out she had noticed that I was watching a bass on eBay, so she bought it when I wasn’t looking…
I still can’t believe she did that. She’s a keeper! So is the bass!

(Greco) T-bird w/a P-pu? Never played one but that is some serious north-south pu placement - can you say scooped?
Works good for Suzi Quatro I guess. I’ve never played a bass with a split P at the neck, but I’d assume you’re correct about the scoop considering the bridge pup location as well. Interesting bass, but I realized a number of years ago that I’m just a humbucker kinda guy.

I've kept all doors open and love what each variety offers. I'd probably figure out a setting on that Greco that I could rock!
