What do you think about Rotos?

I used them on just about everything. For me anyway they're a very even sounding string, bottom, mids and top. I palm mute quite a bit but also pick without muting and finger pick. They have a lot of presence to me because they have a lot of mids. They also have a lot of sustain. I stopped my ten year string quest when I went back to them a few years ago. Entwistle used them exclusively from about 1966 until the late 80's and got a load of different sounds.

Like many cars from several different railroads, this one was assigned to Coors Brewing, Golden, CO. It was designed to their spec with large inflatable bladders and bulkheads to protect it in transit, very heavily insulated as well.

I remember when people had to smuggle Coors beer to the East Coast, no catheters though.

In 73-74, a couple of guys in the dorm would drive a Vette from Atlanta to somewhere just across the Mississippi River, fill every possible space with Coors, and drive back. Whoever was driving on the way home was really cramped. They did it in the quickest round trip they could get away with. To the best of my knowledge, they never got ticketed. They'd keep some of the beer, but sell most of it, at a pretty price to break even on their run.

What? Catheters make the perfect transport and delivery device. All in one multi aspect mechanism. Container and straw to drink from. Perfect invention!

Never use used.....
Condom catheters are annoying, but very useful. I've used plenty for my p-valve for my scuba drysuit. When you gotta go, you gotta go.

Have a cystoscopy. You'll find out how inflatable it is.
...Thanks for that reminder of that uncomfortable experience.:rollno: I liked how the "numbing" liquid must have been Tobasco Sauce or battery acid. Sure didn't help with that feeling you're going to explode.

I doubt any of this home town Heineken ever made it to the West Coast...
One of the beers that was made here for years. It finally killed enough people they went out of business. I'm assuming that's what happened.

(I actually liked Heineken. This stuff was made solely to get drunk and enjoying the beer was not part of the business model.)

And looking at Geddy’s big bass book, almost all his basses have them.
