What's the US costs on the new tbirds and embassy?

I just picked up a six foot tall 19" rack from a music shop that was going out of business. That cleared space in the music room that will allow me to build a rack along the wall where all the bits and pieces that are now in the rack used to be scattered around. The music room is getting better all the time.

I know for me the case is more of an issue than the bass itself

If it is not being played, it's in the case. I can fit two cases in my wardrobe in the library/study/dressing room. Probably three if I rearrange the clothes and throw out some old tech manuals.

I have 3 that sit out on a regular basis, 2 basses and a skinny strings. Although the skinny strings seems to get more attention from the dust than me these days.... which is why I still suck at it!

About $400 for a set of ChinaBuckers, a bridge/tailpiece, and tuners....
... which cost Epi less than $100 total when you subtract the cost of the current ones.

On LBO the $995 is listed as retail, which usually means it would be discounted some. The current Classic retails at $915.

Of course I could be wrong too!

Hey, at anything south of $700 (actual purchase price) it's a bargain. North of that I start looking at the used market.

My mini wal of sound grows. Newest add is the Avatar B115. The Peavy DataBass is also a 115 at half the size and maybe twice the weight.

The newest member of the family is sitting in California awaiting pickup. She will couple with the Avatar.
