Thunderbird Club

Having a little fun at GC today.
That burst VP has got some real magic to it.
Great player, and absolutely love the tone.
Too bad I’m broke.

Hey, so here's some CP through the SansAmp Bass Fly Rig a couple months ago. I meant to post it earlier. It's one of the simpler rockers from Reverie (we have a name now), the Viking-prog riff-rock jam project... "Burning Couch", warts and all.
I hope it plays.

(The bass is a little hot)

I forget how to get this posted as a playable file without downloading. Anybody handy who has this together?
Hey Roger, I only had about 30 spare seconds to listen to the clip on my iPhone yesterday. What I heard I really liked. I’ll be plugging into the bass amp today and listening to the full clip. Should be epic!

Nice! Lol, thanks George. Just know that the bass signal is pretty hot in that mix...

I was right, it was Epic!
You had some pretty busy fingers in the first half, fantastic runs! But I really loved the second half, where the tempo wound down a tad and allowed your driving bass lines to just power through to the end of the song. Very well done!
Out of curiosity, that sounded like a very full mix, how many players are in the band?

Thanks man. Yeah the verses had to be all out, it was the direction the lyrics took. Kind of a disorderly scenario, burning couches and all... Then it became a rock n roll song I guess. Yeah thanks for making that note.

Two guitars, bass, busy drums. No dubs, just us playing, drummer sings. Here's got insane forward energy. The other three have played together quite a while, one guitarist and the drummer have been together in another band from the 80s. I've played with those two off and on for a few years back in the earlier 2000s. We all kinda 'get' each other.

Excellent! That’s a very full sounding 4 piece band.
Kinda threw me back to Vanilla Fudge - “Keep Me Hanging On” for some reason. All you need is a keyboard player and you’ll out Fudge Vanilla Fudge.
