Thunderbird Club

No charts.
The guys had guitars and drums tracked for all the tunes we're currently doing, I came in a good bit after the fact. I started up with them just like a minute before COVID hit, and then we were down for that duration.
I was handed the mess of tubes and wrote bass lines. They're all pretty much what they started as, but playing them over the last however many months we've been back at it has tightened them/us up. So I guess we've been at it technically since start of COVID until now, but we all took time basically off during that time.
So an answer... Let's say four, five months just poking at em once a week, that's with me on board. How's that for long-winded!
TL, DR.;)
not really

Here's a shot from the Troubadour a few weeks back, just after rigging in the Lollar pickup into the neck. Also the first test of the neo-loaded Ampeg 4x12. Just finished up the Fender 2x15 today, loaded in some JBL K140s, and am looking at running a rig of Hiwatt (or Sunn 2000s) into the 2x15 with effects and the bridge pickup, and then the Thunderbird pickup clean into a 2000s into the Ampeg cab. Already done some recording testing with the bridge running into a Suncoast HD-1 then into a GED-2112, with the Lollar running straight in to a Pultec EQ and 1176 plugin, sounds fantastic combined. Can get the gritty aggression from the Rick pickup and then keep my lows big and full and clean below with the Thunderbird pickup, then pan them slightly to give a wider stereo image.

Great action shot!
One of these days I’ve gotta try one of those Greco Rics.
The boots are even awesome.

Girl Scouts only look sweet and innocent. They are evil. They sell Thin Mints. They enable even more effectively than the members of this club.
I walked past a girl scout pop up booth in front of my local beer store two weeks ago. I declined the initial offering from the young sales rep..She looked at me and said "you're gonna need them later" :)

Ah, a veteran. How many merit badges did she have on her sash? ... And what were they...
