Thunderbird Club

Ahhh, yes his graphics aren't stellar. Someone needs to try some of those pickups!
We had a member in Wales that did some great builds with the dragons. Anybody still in touch?
I miss having Christine around. She was awesome, along with the Thunderbirds she built.

could be much worse, they could still make fallstaff....
They still make animal beer. Schmidts. My brothers and I used to buy a 12 of animals to sacrifice in the fire and a six of real beer to drink while sacrificing animals. The bonfires were hot enough that the aluminum cans would burn away and there was no residue.

There you go, showing your....backside.

So, we’re showing our backsides now. Ok here’s my pink NR on the flip side after the Passive Controlectomy and Active Transplant…

The new guts up close. A real challenge trying to fit a volume, pan, neck bass cut/boost, neck treble cut/boost, neck bright on/off, bridge bass cut/boost, bridge treble cut/boost, bridge bright on/off control layout (basically two 2 band preamps and a battery) in a three knob passive control cavity, but I did it. Unfortunately I couldn’t find any of my shrink fit tubing so had to do with electrical tape temporarily at the solder connections (hate doing that, it just turns into a sticky mess over time).

Before (those are alpha mini pots)…

She sings loud and clear now!

NICE!

I will sincerely miss Anchor (though the rebranding of the packaging was dumb), I had their Christmas beer every year.

About the only two things I miss from my time out East...

Word is they're bringing it to California sometime in the near future, I first heard back in 2020 it was supposed to reach the coast in 2021, but nothing yet.

I've never tried either but like lagers so I'd probably like them.
