Thunderbird Club

A Central Coast and Mediterranean fusion place. Right off the 101. King City? That town has nothing there now. Or San Miguel by the Mission. Or Paso Robles/Templeton/Atascadero. We can have a great, diverse menu. A full bar. Live music Friday and Saturday nights. Chucky and Friends as the house band. Guest performers like Mike Watt, The Nasty Habits, The Eskimo Brothers, Bond Girl, The Sean Connerys, Poppy, Hair and other Thunderbird member bands (sorry Ken, I forgot the name of yours). The bar would feature your beer, local wines, and spirits.

We could have a two-sided menu. Page One: Shawarma (your choice of lamb, beef or chicken), Gyros, Humus, Tabouli, Olives, Pita Bread, and Baklava. Page Two: Salad Bar, Relish Tray, Tri Tip, Baby Back Ribs (my specialty), Rib Eye Steaks, Santa Maria Pinquito Beas, Garlic Bread, and Ice Cream, Sherbet, or Sorbet. Seasonal fresh fruit and chocolate cake. And there would be burgers, links, and fries.

We would kill. It would be the hottest place on the 101 between Santa Barbara and the South Bay Area. We would leave Andersen’s, The Hitching Post (both locations), The Far Western, Jaco’s, McKlintock’s (both locations) and the other Central Coast institutions in the dust

Let me know. I’ll have my people call your people and we’ll set up a meeting.

And occasionally, the Thunderbirds M/C, an all bass except it has drums band. Membership at any given moment depends on who dropped in.

Levon Helms book soured me a bit on Robbie, but his musical impact cannot be denied.

this is one of the weirdest shaging songs I ever heard and I didn’t even realize it was Robbie for a couple years after I first heard it… it’s still shaging weird…

I’ve always loved that song. But then, I’m weird.

I guess we shouldn’t have focused on your hands :roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:

C’mon Dave, one break, coming up.

Unchained.

Not exactly. Waiting for George to post the exact measurements. He said the bridge pickup is off.

So your plan is to make new routes? And bridge pickup is indeed off, a bit too close to the bridge and if I recall correctly so is the neck pickup although not that much. But the bigger space between the pickups is visible.

Just asking because I had already thought about the same thing when it's time to resurrect this*:
