Don't talk about A/C please. I've got Post Traumatic Spending Disgust from having to drop 7k on a new A/C two weeks ago. Lol
Been there, done that. $4500 in 2018. 7k sounds about right in today's economy.

Yep, love those when (like most Mopars), they are set up right. Right wheels/tires, correct offsets, right rake.
My first car was a '71 Dodge Demon, basically that car with a Plymouth Duster body. An under ending annoyance was that the rear track was slightly narrower than the front, and finding the right 7" wide front and 8" wide rear wheels to balance that out was a challenge, especially since all I could hope for was a wrecking yard find. And the 5 on 4" bolt pattern made that a PITA, since I could find a bunch of the right wheels with the 5 on 4 1/2". I ended up with three 14 x 7" aluminum slotted dish and one 14 x 8". I put the 8" on the rear left and just compensated with bigger tires on the back and took comfort that I could only see one side at a time!
We have two 5 ton AC units at our house that were installed 25 years ago when the house was built. One of them went out about 3 years ago and cost $12,000 to replace, fortunately we had a home warranty policy, so our out of pocket was about $100. Unfortunately, that warranty company cancelled us (guess they lost too much money). Now we're scrambling around trying to find another warranty company before the next AC unit goes out.
Anyone have a home warranty company they recommend?
