I was thinking it all evened out!Shouldn’t that pricing be $500 for the rig and $6000 in shipping?![]()
A large Vietnamese population here. They seem to cornered the market in local bread shops, people here line up for a good Banh Mi. We love the croissant’s at our local bread shop.yeah, many cut their teeth in silicon valley and go back…
Back from being on the covid couch. The gift from china that keeps on giving.... Do people here still play those pesky neck-divers? Has anyone sworn off crazy shaped basses for real FSO basses as they were meant to be? Anyone buy a 60s? No way I will attempt to catch up, so please update if anything important happened.
So the curved line models were 10x as big, as well!
I have both examples

you get better baguette (for well known reasons) at the local pho joint than at the best bakery in town, no joke….A large Vietnamese population here. They seem to cornered the market in local bread shops, people here line up for a good Banh Mi. We love the croissant’s at our local bread shop.
Anyway a lot have done well here in various fields. I’m told the real estate prices are a lot reasonable than Sydney and I’ve heard of some buying holiday units back in Vietnam, and I’m sure some will have moved back semi permanently. If they have citizenship the fees on real estate are less than for foreigners. Quite a few Aussie Greeks do the same as well if they hold dual citizenship.
Friend or ph...nvm.you get better baguette (for well known reasons) at the local pho joint than at the best bakery in town, no joke….
makes sense…early 69...I don’t think there were any “black line” SVT’s that were also 6146. I think only the earliest of blue line were 6146.

If you mention a meat pie my mind goes straight toThe Vietnamese had a French Colonial past of course. The Vietnamese bakery bread rolls, baguettes etc are excellent. Our local does “Aussie style” cakes, lamingtons, meat pies, sausage rolls etc as well. We make sure to buy from him - hoots do our bit to keep him in business.![]()
No good for me, all mine came here at Great Great Grandparents level, except one who was just a Great Grandfather.
