Thunderbird Club

Technically, there's certainly an argument for that. In most cases, it's misleading. Kind of like calling Donnie a Kentucky Derbyite just because he's from nearby. We all (well, most of us) know what a three point bridge is on a Thunderbird, and that ain't it!

:rollno:
Sorry - fixed that. Avatar owners are as hard to nail down as bridges nomenclature.

Cheers to LOXX, whose strap locks I use and love. The one on the neck heel had gotten really misshapen and I thought it was going to snap soon. It's been on for about 10 years now. I sent a photo to them and they said that of course shouldn't happen and sent me a set of stainless steel replacements.
Nice! Good to hear such a story.

Interesting. I didn't know that. I've seen them around for years, but never used them.
They're interesting. They make these fasteners for boats, car tops, etc. I was initially attracted to them because they're so low-profile to the body. I have the Dunlops on my Carvin. They work fine, but I was never fond of them.

Now I'm really confused.

Gibson is trying to get back in the amp game with a pair of Falcon tube amps - Gibson Amps | Gibson . Pretty pricey, but then they are hand-built in California. The web page doesn't tell you a whole lot. I guess they really want you to watch the videos.
I sure like the looks and what was said on the page. Didn't watch the videos.

Please stop posting. I’m in Doha and have a 16 hour flight that leaves in 2 hours. I don’t want to be 10 pages behind when I arrive at SFO.

On a happy note, I thought the paperwork on my B-15N showing Jess Oliver ownership was lost in the post. Dave Handloff just informed me it was returned to him. I’ll arrange FedMess when I’m back.
