Must be some kind of record for this thread, no posts from 6:51 last night until 7am today? I thought the site was broken.
I know it's Wednesday, but I'm on Willy-time. Who wants to look at a white Thunderbird anyway...

Those hood scoops are so cool.
The combination of them just slam.
Spent a little time last night adjusting pick up heights.
Made a huge difference, actually slightly lowered them.
Seems to be more definition and clarity.
Watch out Ric and Fender.......
What distance from the strings did you end up at?
I couldn't say, and i don't have the proper tools to measure accurately.

Not into some aspects of death metal or modern metal's stylistic trappings but appreciate the drive and energy-
Particularly the midi beats that came with may Addictive Drums 2 package- some of them make me want to get up and play just from listening to them and actually modded and incorporate one for an original called "Paradigms"-
Anyhow here is a couple by Saxon from their album Carpe Diem recorded in 2020 when the drummer and singer were 69 going on 70, and the guitarists were in the mid-60's. Bassist Nibs Carter was the youngest at 54.
But my do they wail, getting better with time creatively- most of their material from the late-90's on has been in Eb, sometimes with drop C#-
