is that my thunderbucker S?

As a former personal trainer and powerlifter I offer one very simple formula for weight loss. Take in less calories (any kind) that you burn and exercise (cardio or weights or both ) atleast every other day=weight loss guaranteed.
For me I nolonger have the desire for weights so I focus on diet. Extremely low carbs, lean meat/veggies.
Of course there's always heroin/crack
I thought it was meth and crack that was the winning combo.

I've got a question. Please forgive any ignorance on my part.

Was/is there a difference in spacing of the neck and bridge pickups from the early Gibsons, Greco's, Orville's and Epiphones?

Or is it just an optical illusion?
It looks like the later Gibsons and most Epiphones have slightly more space between them then let's say the older ones.

I'm no affcieanado by any means when comes to this, but just curious.

I just need to get moving again. I was running a lot for a long time (marathons, etc.), but needed a change and switched to kung fu. That was quite a workout. Needed a break from that and trying to figure out what to do. Other than weight training once a week and my regular walking everywhere in the city here, I feel my fitness suffering.
What system were you into? Just curious, I've been into Wing Chun the last few years, recently back into it after an absence.

Martial arts are outstanding exercise. Time and an iffy back finished off my participation, but Aikido sure was fun. I can remember going hard enough to see black spots every so often. That's probably bad, but it's the type A thing.

Aikido is cool! I love how you can't really discern the mechanics of it... it's one of those 'invisible' skills. Martial arts is a great activity. The understanding of your own physical space and presence is something I find to be very personally edifying, possibly because I tend to bump into things, pretty often! I'm getting better. Sorry you had to leave it, but for all the right reasons we each take our own journey.

That's as deep as I go today!

What's the difference in epiphone thunderbirds? Which one should I get? Only gibsons come in creme white? I'm not getting a Gibson.
ALL of them.

How much do you have to spend?

Kat is correct. Spend on Thunderbirds until you have no more money. Then mortgage your house, spend the children's college fund, max your credit cards, and steal from your relatives. Then spend all of that on Thunderbirds.*

The rule is that the correct number of Thunderbirds is one more (abbreviated at n+1).**

*This is not serious advice. ***

**The rule is more of a guideline.

***But you should buy a Thunderbird.

BTW @Mathilda, I like that your profile currently says 'Saturday' it tickles my absurdist sensibilities. 'Mathilda Saturday' is a great stage name, alternatively 'Mathilda and the Saturdays' or 'Mathilda Saturdays' would be excellent band names.

Use it or lose it!

Where are you located? Here's the current Epi Classic IV PRO @ MF [UPDATE: NB the link (found via Google) redirects to a different bass. Very ODD]

Gee, thanks Kat.* I clicked your link and at the bottom I find this:
Epiphone Limited Edition Jack Casady Blue Royale Bass Guitar

That is one pretty bass. And the Jack Casady is thunderous (almost bought a gold one).

I just bought another Thunderbird and now you are tempting me with this.

*I'm not sure if this is sarcastic or genuine. Maybe a little of both.

WEIRD (but that Casady really is almost as pretty as my younger blue cat).

@Mathilda, this link actually works: Invalid Link Removed

...and all part of the service @PillO.
