Wait... Did you weigh 180 kilos???

That's a big dude... good luck getting to your goal, @vdub75 . Any chance you're 2 M tall?

yes, approx 180 Kilos at 1,80m, i have broad shoulders and am built quite muscular but yes, fecking overweighty man. I thought I was supposed to weigh like.. 135 Kilos after i've lost so much so when the scale said 160 it was quite a nice shock for me. That was when I decided something really HAS to Change.

These are Pictures from last summer.

Ketosis is what your looking for. When your body is in Ketosis it burns fat. Look up Virta Clinic or Dr Laura Hallburg's Ted Talk

Luckily, a dude from my Network upline had some Nutrition scientists develop a dietition (hope the word is right) to go with our products we have had great results with, a friend of mine went fromt 120 to 90 Kilos in less than 6 months, without going hungry and with a Little bit of sports added to it.

myself, I go to the gym 3x a week so maybe it will work this time!

At least I've got rid of my headaches, heartburns, restless sleep and so on... now lets get rid of the fat belly

How many fat vegans out there? Or fat vegetarians for that matter? The only one I can think of is Prince Fielder.

Anyone have personal experience of potatoes making them fat without the help of overeating, inactivity, sugar, chemicals and/or saturated fat?

For me it boils down to this: Eat Less, Move More. Everything else is an excuse.

Picked up the 2014 Heritage Cherry T-Bird last night from guitar center. Switched the hardware pickups for all of the chrome stuff. The neck on this feels a bit thinner depth & width than the 2006. I will measure and report back with some pics. Funny, it seems places like Sam Ash & Guitar center don't do actual setups on instrument's anymore. This bird had almost no tension on the neck and was pretty dirty when I got it.

Also picking up a tecamp 2x12 cabinet today. This particular Friday is looking pretty good.....

Eating less is the absolute wrong way once you gained weight

I'm off to gym, thx for your support

Very true. There is zero need to "eat less" and starve. That'll lead to binging on donuts, chocolate bars and bread. Bit with a balance and the right foods for ones own body a person can eat without going hungry. The trick is to know what your body truly needs.

There are a lit of people that THINK they eat healthy, like you said in your post.

And always remember, I am not a Doctor nor do I know what anyone should eat or do. I am still learning to break the bad habits I grew up with. The rest is purely for entertainment purposes. :)

Fewer calories doesn't necessarily mean eating less. Eating something else might be just fine. Instead of eating a cookie, eat a carrot, for example. I'm more of an ektomorph than endomorph, which means I don't get all that big anyway. But, excess still settles around my belly if I don't keep after it. Exercise is the key to moving weight around and making sure what weight you have is in the right places and works like it should. The calories in / calories out thing still applies. You can just about run a marathon every day and still gain weight if you eat too much and too much of the wrong things.

Thundermonger - I like that a lot. It's what the "T" on a Tesla with a smoke machine and V8 soundtrack stands for, among other things.
