Thunderbird Club

We do that too! We don’t complain. Just never go back.
It has to be really bad for us not to go back. We’ll start by trying to talk with the server in case they’re just having a bad day or to see if there’s a known problem in the kitchen. If necessary, we’ll escalate to the manager. Only if that all goes badly, or if it’s not fixed on a second visit, do we refuse ti go back.

We complained about the food and the server at exactly one place. Shortly thereafter, they closed. Apparently we weren't the onliest ones.

Some yeas ago, @BklynKen had a source for pretty much anything you needed for truss covers, pickguard covers, etc. Maybe he can recall the seller. I’ve looked, but hid my reference so well that I can’t find it.
If you mean the guy who made me the pickup rings, it's Frets On The Net Home

Not sure about anything else.

So I finished a five hour dep. Russian interpreter. And not simultaneous. So big migraine. Checked here during my very late lunch. Jeez gang. Doesn’t anyone work?
I do! But I knocked off two hours early to reconfigure the living room and Room of Requirement for rehearsal for Easter, then after rehearsal reconfigured again, with minimal gear ready to practice tomorrow during the day, then finish packing up for Good Friday service. It’s a lot of flying by the seat of my pants, but it’s fun. And I finally came up with something I like for that one, pesky song, somewhere between the Ox and Pete Farndon.

Also kinda along that line, we've let a few places know that we won't be coming back-even though we like the food, etc.-'cos they've added seafood. Our daughter's allergic to all fish, shellfish, anything that used to live in water. It sucks 'cos here in FL damn near everyplace has something seafood-y and we can't risk cross contamination.
