I've got some friends lined up later this week and will give my views. @WillyW turned me on to PG strings when I bought his NR T-Bird and I like the pairing with the T-Bird pickups.
BTW...I have mostly used D'Addario Round wounds forever!
cool art…dunno how much one can misbehave in an AT-6 but you get the idea…

This is about 99% of why I make any mistakes. I know all the songs of any set I’m playing up, down, inside out and outside in. Nothing in any song I’m playing is “hard” or physical difficult (yet). I rehearse solo excessively before any show as well as at least an extra night of the week beyond the band’s normal schedule during the week before with the band. It’s the f%^*ing day-dreaming I do when I’m playing that gets me. For the life of me I don’t know why my mind wanders to dumb irrelevant stuff when it does.
We're looking forward to it - I'm actually starting to put some of the electric trains away as they're taking up a lot of space in your room.
You can leave some train action out.
I’d love it.
I don't really have a choice, there's so many!
That’s PM for RSR, correct? Planning on that one.Looks like I’ll be a busy bass player coming up here. Got two gigs on Saturday 4/27, both gigs will be playing all of each band’s entire catalog.
Bad Lemon at “Treasure Fest”, outdoor gig on Treasure Island, 11am 12:30. Going to revive a bunch of older originals and weave in a new (to us) cover song or three. I don’t know much about this “Treasure Fest” yet, but it sounds like fun. Not expecting too many people there at 11am, but we’ll have fun anyway!
Red Sun Ruins at McGovern’s bar in downtown San Mateo, 10-11:30. Playing all 14 of our originals and probably a couple covers we’ve played in the past. Really looking forward to this one, 5 minutes from my front door and a relaxed gig with only two bands and lots of time. And I like playing ALL of this bands songs, there’s really not any songs in the band I don’t absolutely love to play.

Like the pic of JIO--as if he's thinking: "I know I got this bass came out of one of these cases...."
Oops! Meant to add this(posted B4)from that gig. Me with my gone and not lamented Epi EB-3L>the Kasino. Sax man was a friend of the band. We've never rehearsed with him.[only intended to post first tune. It automatically plays the whole listLast time PA/sound guys were provided was at an outdoor thing(car show)in 2015. Still had to bring amps/drums.
]You could barely walk in the garage from all the cases. We were more organized in GTG2.Like the pic of JIO--as if he's thinking: "I know I got this bass came out of one of these cases...."
