It’s a 25 year old Spanish style cement tile roof. Should be good for about 50 years with no problem. Unfortunately, I have two roof leaks that have yet to be found after a couple of attempts by “pros” to fix things. There are a couple of broken tiles but not in the area of the leaks so it may require lifting tiles off certain areas to see if there’s something going on under the tiles (bad underlayment…). I don’t think it’ll be a roof replacement, but I’m prepared financially for the worst until otherwise notified.

We found a leak in ours recently when we had termite work done. Of course the warranty expired in 2022. It’s not too bad, easily located, but still a pain.

If we didn't just have and still have some projects that all require $$$$, I would be interested. Just not possible or, well, I should say prudent now.

Well thanks George. Now everyone will be cutting holes in the walls to enhance their tone and all my gig calls will dry up.:smug:

The real secret is there is a little dude in there that hops out and plays bass for me. He's fanastic.

I don't recall who it was, but a drummer friend told me once of a a well known band that did recording, put it on a cassette and rode around to see how that mix sounded in a car. If good they used it, if not they remixed it. At that time really nice (for the time) car stereos were being where half or more of the music was being listened to.
