Thunderbird Club

just amused because no matter what I tried to get him to get closer for a better pic, he couldn’t keep/catch up.
BANGING Setup!

It's good, but even better with the Trace Elliott!
Plenty of time to try it out soon :)

Normally I’d encourage someone to pick up a shorty whenever one comes up. Unfortunately, not this one. No mention of a case and that is a problem given how rare these are. Good luck finding a proper case. And for some sad reason the original pickups were swapped out for EMG’s. Everything is crammed into the cavity and the cover doesn’t fit. The original pickups are not included. Hard pass IMO unless someone wants a restoration project. But the ask is twice what would be reasonable for the condition. Sad.

very cool. member of any MC? what kinda Hog?
No, my "bikering" was the kind with pedals (leg power). My neighbors growing up were bikers (Triumph chopper was his favorite bike), and worked with many during my construction days. I never had any desire for a motorcycle. Which was kind of odd considering I loved riding my old 10 speed for hours. Alone and free. When construction friend was in hospital for several months at the main trauma ER I would sit in the waiting rooms a lot. He was in serious condition and I would go see him several times a week. Seemed like every time I was in one of those waiting areas to go back there was a family of a motorcycle accident victim there. It was seriously a crazy amount, and this was before it became cool for every office dude to be weekend "bikers." All that confirmed my lack of interest. Been on them a few times, but never was bitten enough to buy one. No way I would ride now since people in cars can't put their phones down......
